Team building in the countryside

The best teams are built far from the office. At La Hanul Cailor we blend fresh air, movement and outdoor challenges into a programme that brings people closer.

We choose the activities together: an introduction to horse riding, hikes along the Via Transilvanica, which passes right by the inn, zip-lining, carriage rides, rustic workshops and evenings around the fire.

It all ends with a meal on the terrace, and if the programme runs over several days, the team sleeps in the orchard cabins, with room for up to 24 people.
